School Activity.

LIFT starts the Education program at Ban Mae Khao Tom Luang school to the grade 7-9 students on Sexuality education under the topic of the changes in adolescence. This is for young people to know and notice if there's something that goes wrong with their bodies or even emotional changes so they will learn how to properly handle the changes.

Income Generation Projects. - Catfish and chicken projects.

LIFT runs 2 income generation projects -which are Catfish and Chicken projects for 2 families. The catfish and the chickens (that lay eggs) help the family to earn more income, help the children with their school expenses, and also let them take the responsibility for what they have received.LIFT provides 450 catfish, 3 cement ponds, catfish food, and all the materials needed to raise the catfish as well as fro the chicken project, LIFT provides chickens, chicken food, vitamins, and all the materials needed for each family and we wish the project with help them having their better living.

1. Phukboong a 14-year-old girl lives with her very elder great-grandparents. Her parents separated since she's very young, Her father has a new family and sometimes coming to visit Phukboong but her mother is unable to contact her a very long time ago. the main income comes from a great-grandfather with a general employment job. As for her great-grandmother is unhealthy, having an underlying disease. They have a very difficult life.

2.ฺBaitoey a 17-year-old girl lives very hard with her parents, uncle, and grandfather. Her uncle has a mental problem, he’s able to help himself, but not being able to work. Her grandfather is very old and is a bed-bound patient, unable to help himself. The main income comes from Baitoey’s parents but it is an unstable income because it depends on employment If there is no job on any day which means there is no income for the family.

Income Generation Project - Chicken projenct.

LIFT runs 3 income generation projects - chicken project for 3 families. The chickens (that lay eggs) help the family to earn more income, help the children with their school expenses, and also let them take the responsibility for what they have received.
LIFT provides chickens, chicken food, vitamins, and all the materials needed for each family and we wish the project with help them have better living.

1. Koi 14-year-old girl lives with her grandparents and her older sister. Her parents separated since she's very young so, her parents have to take the responsibility of looking after Koi and her sister.

2. Bank 16-year-old boy lives very hard with his weak grandmother and a younger brother. As his parents separated and his grandmother is unhealthy Bank has to find jobs from others when he's free from school for the family income.

3. R 14-year-old boy lives with his grandmother and another cousin. As their parents left them, his grandmother has to work very hard looking after 2 nephews which are very difficult for her and the family. LIFT assist this family with the Income Generation Project - chicken project that will help to earn more income for the family and also for the school expenses.

English camp

The LIFT staff are invited to be the special speakers who run the English camp for the students from grade 1 -6 at Bua Salee Wittaya school with the lesson ‘English for communication’ in order to encourage the students, enjoy the songs and fun games and get a chance to learn and to speak English from the activities.

Basic First Aid training.

The staff from Life Impact Foundation have attended another training session. This time, it was to learn basic First Aid. Some of the subjects covered were: how to help yourself or someone else who was choking, and how to administer CPR. It has been great to learn how to help people in physical distress, and our goal is to keep learning and be able to facilitate training for others. This course is provided by Sirikorn Chiang Rai Rescue Association cooperates with Emergency Medical Preparedness Academic Center.

Teong Prison activity.

LIFT conducts educational activities on the topic of First Aid such as putting a splint on the arm/leg, CPR, and moving the patient. In addition to lectures, situations are also simulated for the prisoners to visualize and practice in case of an unexpected accident occurs, the prisoners will be able to help their peers first before delivering to the hospital. Ms. Yupaporn Promsawad the professional nurse from Chiang Rai Prachanukroh Hospital, ICU patient department, provided knowledge.
